On 28th April, OneKind will hold a very special fundraising evening in Glasgow. Cupcakes and Cava? Don't mind if I do!

The Life Craft in Glasgow will be the venue for a night full of chat, laughter and most importantly, yummy cupcakes. You'll receive a glass of cava on arrival and the opportunity to mingle with other attendees.....no.....let's call you all cupcakees!

We know everybody loves a good cupcake and we're no exception....when dreaming up our next fundraising event, Cupcakes and Cava came like a bolt out of the blue. It is simple really, a chance to meet some fantastic people, discuss our love of animals and eat cakes. Anybody who follows our digital media activity knows we are one of the most social charities out there, we thought it was about time we got to meet you all offline.

Once the initial mingling is done. I'll introduce the plan for the evening. We'll then begin the taste test. You'll devour three tantalisingly beautiful cupcakes over the course of the evening, with Tea Loves Cake, The Life Craft and Liggy's already signed up you're in for a real treat. We'll then ask you to vote for your favourite cupcake.

Before we reveal the results of the test, we'll transform into a cupcakes themed version of Flog It! as you get the opportunity to bid for animal themed cupcakes made by the very lovely Leah from Tea Loves Cake. So, you'll be able to take some gorgeous cupcakeness home with you too. Could you fit anymore cupcakes in? You bet you could, don't forget to bring your gold and silver for bidding.

We'll hopefully have some further surprises on the night. What do you say? Fancy joining OneKind to raise funds for animals and stuff your face full of scrummy cupcakes. I knew you would and I can't wait to see you all, snag your tickets here
