I thought the first OneKind lifestyle blog should introduce you all to some of your fellow supporters, letting you know what they are doing to live an animal-friendly lifestyle.

We can all help by committing to our own OneKind Act, that little (or big) thing you can do that will really make a difference to animals. Before you decide on yours and post it in the Your OneKind Act section of OneKind’s new website, why not take inspiration from others.

Michelle from Renfrewshire says

“I will only use products that are not tested on animals.”

Claire from East Kilbride says

“A few years back I volunteered at the local animal rescue centre in Bothwell, Lanarkshire. I wanted to work closely with and help animals. It was a great experience, spending time with and giving attention to abandoned animals. To volunteer it doesn’t take much, just some of your free time and it can make the world of difference to the animals.”

Louise from Geneva says

“My OneKind act is to eat vegetarian meals on a more regular basis.”

As you can see, there is a wide array of ways in which you can help create OneKind world and show your compassion for animals. Your OneKind Act can be as small as putting spiders outside safely or as large as organising an event to raise funds for OneKind. Whatever you do will make a difference.

If we stand together, we will form a powerful movement. We are taking a holistic approach, putting the reconnection between people and animals at the heart. Our new website is packed full of interaction and opportunities for you to get involved.

Not sure how to live OneKind life? Join the movement now, tell us about your OneKind Act, review animal-friendly products, restaurants and suggest recipes on OneKind’s new interactive website. You can share your knowledge and learn from others. Together, we can create a world where animals are respected and no longer need to be protected from humans.
